What is the responsibility of the role of the Trainings-Admin?

The role of Trainings-Admin entails extended functions and responsibilities on the Partner Academy platform.

We recommend appointing one Trainings-Admin per company or company entity.

The Trainings-Admin is responsible for:

Upload learners following BMW Group information protection rules (only learners from the own company or sub-suppliers and working on BMW Group projects can be uploaded).
Decides learner's cost coverage (by default all learners will be allowed to book any course) and can assign courses to company ́s learners.
Ensure learners' success and monitor training activities (reporting tool available on the learning platform for Trainings-Admin).

"Note: The Trainings-Admin for your company in the Partner Academy does not have to be the same person as the Trainings-Admin in the BWM Group B2B Portal."
