Our training program provides a detailed overview of essential elements for effective project management using cB. Participants will learn key terminology such as projects, trackers, items, and reports, and understand the architecture and dependencies between C- and M-Tracker ratios. The course covers the function of the “Team” attribute, locating process workflows, and navigating status transitions. Additionally, participants will gain skills in creating different views, applying correct filtering techniques, and accessing manuals and HowTos. The program also includes guidance on user extension to enhance your proficiency with cB.
