A distinction is made between the roles of:

• Trainings-Admin: responsible for registering the company, adding users to the platform, and making bookings for themselves and others (Learners).
• Learner: can book trainings if allowed by the company´s Trainings-Admin and conducts trainings.

The entire registration process takes place in three steps:

1. Registration of the company
2. At the same time as the company registration, the Trainings-Admin account is created. We recommend that this role is assigned only once within the company if possible - depending on its size.
3. Once the Trainings-Admin account is created, learners can be added via bulk upload or enrolled in the learner's onboarding course (all details will be provided in the Trainings-Admin's first communication).

Registration is done via the Trainings-Admin. Once it's done, you will receive an email to set your password if you have already been registered. If you would like to browse through the course catalog, you can also do so without an account.

Yes, by default, all learners are allowed to make enrollments on the platform. Only a Trainings-Admin can restrict these privileges upon request, by contacting support@bmw-partner.academy .

Yes, an account is necessary to participate in a training or to access the required information, such as training location, materials, links to virtual classroom training, or access to Web-Based Training content.

• Web based Trainings (WBTs):

These trainings are presented in video format. Most of the Web-based Trainings come with quizzes that need to be completed in order to receive a certificate of completion.

• Face-to-Face Trainings:

Face-to-Face trainer-led courses, which take place on-site.

• Virtual Classroom Trainings:

Virtual classroom trainings are also trainer-led, but unlike Face-to-Face trainings, they take place virtually.

Your company (the invoicing contact provided during the company registration process) will receive an invoice at the end of the month, including: attended Instructor-Led Trainings and enrolled Web-Based Trainings.

The WBT Flatrate allows you to book unlimited WBTs for 365 days at a fixed price. The booking is made via an extra tab in the course catalogue. Once a user is enrolled in a Flat-rate, all WBT bookings will be free of charge for 365 days.

Yes, the Trainings-Admin will receive a template in the company registration process for this purpose and any time can be requested to support@bmw-partner.academy

The cancellation period is 22 days before the start of the training. After this period, the training cannot be cancelled free of charge. Cancellations must always be made in writing, including the full name of the participant, the training course, and the date, and sent to support@bmw-partner.academy.
