Objectives

The participant:

• Will get to know its role and its responsibilities as a QMT.
• Will get to know its interfaces.
• Will get to know the QMT-processes.

Content

• The participants get an introduction to BMW Group strategy, the collaboration of line organisation, project, and process chain as well as their contribution to the corporate objectives.
• The participants get to know the BMW QM-System and are familiar with the relevant standards and documents.
• The participants know the essential QMT-processes and their location on the process map. They have deeper knowledge of essential QMT-processes in the concept phase, series development phase, and series phase, and get to know relevant target and control KPIs. They become familiar with the reactions on deviations from the target process.
• The employees are aware of their contribution to target achievement within the M-Division and their own responsibility for quality within the BMW Group.

Target Group

• Exclusively for QMT/QMT-specialist, which are new in their role.

Good to Know

• The training costs for all employees of the M Division and their process partners / - users are covered centrally by the M-Academy.
