Objectives

The participant:

• Learns the basics of the Agile Working Model (AWM) in a fun and practical way.
• Receives an overview of the contents and interrelationships of the AWM pillars.

Content

• What are the benefits and advantages of using the Agile Working Model (AWM).
• What is an IT product, what is behind the four AWM pillars and what does the life cycle of an IT product look like.
• The focus is on agile set-up combined with IT processes.
• Finally, participants are guided through a BMW-specific example.

• All partners, who work with/in IT products, domains or subproducts.
