Objectives

The participant:

  • Gets an insight into the functions of the Confluence area administration.
  • Understands the configuration of the ATC Jira and can use it in the working environment.
  • Deepens the handling of the Confluence editor and macros.
  • Learns about different ways to organize pages and areas.
  • Can adapt global Confluence templates and use them in a targeted manner.
  • Can create, organize and use his own templates.
  • Can create and configure boards in Jira (Scrum and Kanban).
  • Knows the different search and filter options in Jira.

Content

  • Content about Confluence:
    • Introduction to the functions of Confluence area administration (design, automation, etc.).
    • Deepening in handling Confluence editor and macros.
    • Showing possibilities for page and area organization.
    • Introduction to the use of global Confluence templates and their adaptation.
    • Creation, organization and use of own templates.
  • Content about Jira:
    • For Jira a part of the contents of the basic training is repeated and deepened. This is helpful for employees who switch to the ATC Jira.
    • Explanations on the configuration of the ATC Jira and its use in the working environment.
    • Creation and configuration of boards in Jira (Scrum and Kanban).
    • Introduction to the search and filter possibilities of Jira.
    • Just as the participants wish and prioritize, an introduction to the Jira portfolio is possible.

  • All partners, who want to deepen their knowledge in Confluence and Jira for specific roles or use cases. E.g. responsible persons for Confluence domains, wiki-authors, product owner, scrum master, PMOs, etc.
