Objetives

The participant:

• Gets the knowledge that author clients (TTS) need to use LEARN @BMW.
• Learn how to upload, edit and share documents to the LEARN @BMW platform.
• Knows the process of IP clearing in connection with training documents.
• Learn how to create and make simple click recordings yourself and make them available in various forms.
• Get help with further events and self-help.

Content

• Background and introduction of LEARN@BMW.
• Architecture of LEARN@BMW (TTS Performance Suite at BMW).
• Role concept at BMW, life cycle of documents.
• Handling intellectual property in eLearnings and click instructions.
• Establishment of the TTS Performance Suite for the participant incl. the author's license for one year.
• Hands-on use of the TTS Performance Suite incl. recording of a click guide, uploading documents, handling translations.

Target Group

• Authors of training materials who want to use the TTKF authoring tool to create E-learnings and system recordings to create click instructions.

Good to Know

• Please discuss your participation in the training with your product manager of the BMW Group Academy in advance.Before the training, the WUSS package LEARN@BMW Autorenclient must be installed. The download is free of charge. Since the download is subject to approval, the request for the WUSS package must be carried out at least three days before the training. Persons without BMW computers will receive the software in the training.
