Objectives

The participant:

• Knows the iTO and ist core processes in project work as well as responsibilities in implementation.
• Get to know the processes and deadlines agreed for the subline, the contacts in the subline, their own role in it, the options for further deepening individual topics and can apply the processes.
• Gets an overview of the informal networking within the subline team.

Content

• The training is offered individually depending on the ItO stage and vehicle project. Possible contents may be:
  • Introductory talk.
  • Organizational and objective issues Topic Block: Project and Quality.
  • Project planning.
  • Project management
  • Quality objectives/achievement (target claim)
  • EMT maturity level management.
  • Cubing and refinement.
  • Advance payment for press and communication vehicles topic.
  • Block: Technology and Plant.
  • Launch management.
  • Risk management.
  • IPT/material control.
  • Deployment and change management.
  • QMT incl. tool management
  • Vehicle manufacturing.

Target Group

• Partner who work with the project team (PL vehicle, PV-D's, module manager / IML's and cross-sectional functions of one Lx sub-line after consultation).
