Objectives

The participant:

• Learn the basic contents in the scheduling and synchronization planning in the system "iP3".

Content

• General basics of the tool structure and menu navigation.
• Explanation of the working views using "styles”.
• Creating and opening individual projects.
• Basic functions of the filters.
• Creating and editing activities.
• Working with Links (AOBs).
• Linking activities based on synchronization activities.
• Introduction to the timeline.
• Using existing layouts.
• Creating simple Power Point extracts.
• Explanation of the notification system.
• Understanding of the rights concept.

Target Group

• Partners who regularly work with the Tool and plan independently. Users who own or manage projects independently.Rolls, e.g: Module planner or SE team leader.

Good To Know

• This training is available in german and english. Please check the language stated in the course details before enrolling!
• It is mandatory to have the SecureID Token or the Yubikey and a valid B2B authorization to access the productive system.
• Furthermore, a second screen is mandatory for online training, so that participants can independently perform and try out individual click sequences in parallel.

This training is a prerequisite for:

• iP3 Training Level II (BIS_01_11583).
