Objectives

The participant:

• Gets content that goes beyond basic topics (iP3 training - level I).
• Learn how to create and edit layouts independently, as well as how to use versions securely.
• Gets further content on expert knowledge based on practical examples.

Content

• Project organization based on the portfolios.
• Basic functions for creating and editing layouts.
• Extracting schedules with the help of layouts.
• Application of personalization.
• Working with versions.
• Advanced functions for editing a project.
• Dealing with the change history.

Target Group

• Partners who create graphical exports in the form of layouts and have the "Poweruser" role.

• This training is available in german and english. Please check the language stated in the course details before enrolling!.

Prerequisites

• Course participation in iP3 Training Level I (BIS_01_11581) or Implementation of WBT -> Confluence -> iP3 -> EN Trainings -> WBT and Watch "Video: Zeitlesite (ohne Layout)“.
• Furthermore, a second screen is mandatory for online training, so that participants can independently perform and try out individual click sequences in parallel.
• It is mandatory to have the SecureID Token or the Yubikey and a valid B2B authorization to access the productive system.
