Objectives

The participant:

• Is able to build and maintain a page in the B2B portal with Liferay (v7).
• Has a technical and content skillset with which they can use the Liferay (V7) software on the one hand and create structured content for their readers on the other.
• Knows the editing process.

Content

• The participants get to know the possibilities and advantages of working with the new content management software Liferay (v7).
• Alongside technical skills, they will acquire the ability to successfully create content.
• They will be trained to build a content structure, use the most important features, select the right templates, and systematically use tags.
• Tips & tricks as well as checklists for the creation and safeguarding of a website can offer even experienced users suggestions.
• The participants will practice the new principle of working live and actively in Liferay (v7). If you wish, you can bring your own page content with you for practice purposes.

Target Group

• Partners who want to create or maintain B2B Portal pages. This training is not intended for employees who only want to administer content.

Good to know

• This training is specifically for sites in the B2B sector. Liferay training for intranet sites can be found under number ITEM_11629.
• This training is available in German and English. Please check the language stated in the course details before enrolling!
• It is recommended to use a second screen for virtual training.
