Objectives
The participant:
- Knows the basics of the Agile Working Model.
- Gets basic knowledge of the four AWM pillars: Agile Set-Up with roles and meetings, IT Processes, IT Governance & Security Repository, Good & Bad Practices.
- Has an overview where further information about the Agile Working Model can be found.
- Understands how to work in a feature team and can apply the content of the training in daily business.
- Gets to know agile working methods in a playful and practical way.
Content
- Playful understanding of the basics of the Agile Working Model. The focus in this training is on Agile Set-Up in connection with the IT Processes.
- Regarding the Agile Set-Up, it is about getting to know the agile roles and meetings.
- Regarding the IT Processes, it is about gaining a general understanding of them and of each individual process step.
- Introduction to the IT Governance and Security Repository with all binding guidelines (e.g., IT work instructions, guiding principles).
- Introduction to the Product Depot, which contains all mandatory output artefacts that a feature team must create during a product lifecycle.
Target Group
- All partners working with/ in products and have first agile experience.
