Objectives

The participant:

• Knows the five steps of the PMP process.
• Knows the process roles and their tasks and responsibilities and the control loops.
• Has an overview of the existing standard documents and workflows.
• Knows the software tool PQM Next and its basic functions.

Content

• The training will teach you the following contents:
  • The problem-solving culture of the BMW Group and the importance of cooperation with interface partners.
  • PMP process steps and related documents.
  • Tasks of the different process roles in PMP.
  • Using the tool PQM/impACT and the corresponding roles in the tool.
  • Customer view and customer relevance of the PMP.

Target Group

• All partner working in the ItO and in the series who need basic knowledge of the problem management process and the PQM documentation tool.

Good to know

Recommendation:

• Please complete the WBT - Problem Management Process Of BMW Group (PMP) (BIS_01_91481) before the training.
• A BMW computer with the option to use the VPN (Yubi-Key, etc.).
• Optional for online training: 2 screens to follow the training and, for example, be able to work in the tool at the same time.
• The training is for new employees with no experience with the PMP process and the PQM tool. Please bring your laptop.
