• The problem-solving culture of the BMW Group and the importance of cooperation with interface partners.
• PMP process steps and related documents.
• Tasks of the different process roles in PMP.
• Using the tool PQM/impACT and the corresponding roles in the tool.
• Customer view and customer relevance of the PMP.

Target Group

• Partner who work in the series and need basic knowledge about the problem management process and the PQM documentation tool .
