Objectives

The participant:

• Will deepen it is knowledge of the PMP process in this training with a focus on the ItO.

Content

The training deepens the following contents:

• He problem-solving culture in the BMW Group.
• Best Practice in PMP.
• The PMP with a focus on role-specific topics.
• Tasks of the different roles in the process.
• Awareness of cooperation with interface partners.
• Exchange of experience with colleagues from the PMP process.
• Customer view and customer relevance of the PMP.

Target Group

• All PMP users with experience in the ItO/series problem management process.

Prerequisites

• At least 6 months experience in the PMP process and with the PQM tool.
• Bringing your own device.
