Objectives

The participant:

• Learn how to safely use gas systems in hydrogen vehicles.

Content

• Responsible, non-standard activities on the H2 system (in the vehicle, test bench, components etc.).
• Approval of concepts and systems.
• Development of new gas systems.
• Legal basis.
• Checks and documentation of non-standardized superstructures/conversions.
• Carry out risk assessments.
• Create or release work instructions.
• Test work on the gas system.
• Evaluation and approval of measuring systems.
• Protective measures in workshops and on test benches.
• Safety-relevant properties of gases.
• Creation of defined activities.

Target Group

•  Partner in the field of hydrogen vehicles.

Good to Know

• H2 Level 4 training successfully completed within the last 36 months.
• Please read the examination regulations before registering.

Prerequisites

• To participate in this course, you must have completed the following course:
  • H2 Level 4: Safe Handling of Hydrogen - Expert Training for Responsible Personnel Working on the H2 System (BIS_01_08330).
