Objectives
The Participant:
- Knows the importance of customer data for the BMW Group in the context of increasing digitalization.
- Is aware that this comes with a greater responsibility to adequately protect customer data.
- Knows the different types of customer data and understands that the more data is combined, the more sensitive it becomes and therefore the more it needs to be protected.
- Can take necessary and prescribed protective measures.
- Knows the correct behavior in the event of a customer data incident.
