Objectives

The Participant:

  • Knows the importance of customer data for the BMW Group in the context of increasing digitalization.
  • Is that this comes with a greater responsibility to adequately protect customer data.
  • Knows the different types of customer data and knows that the more of it is combined, the more sensitive they become and therefore the more worth protecting.
  • Can take necessary and prescribed protective measures.
  • Knows now the correct behavior in the event of a customer data incident.
