Objectives

The Participant:

• Gets to know the user interface of the new iRAM application and some basic operations.
• Can handle the approval process for the iRAM application.
• Knows the contact point for further on-the-job training for installation of a change context in the product system.

Content

• Big picture of the release-controlled change management system (RAM) from iPDM and the central application iRAM.
• Introduction of the iRAM application, user interface and most common use cases.
• The approval process for the iRAM application.
• Admission to the on the job training for measure administrators (MNVs). 
• Participant are eligible to participate in the on-the-job training.
