Objectives

The participant:

• Has mastered the L7 standard structure, the addition of new components, etc.
• Can carry out updates independently.
• Is proficient in the commissioning of individual and new components in their entirety.
• Is proficient in setting up the ZenOn system structure and setting up the standard project.
• Must be able to carry out change scopes independently.
• Is proficient in the independent implementation of update measures for ZenOn visualisation.
• Can create new mask functions and the resulting subsequent work steps.

• Standard software structure: PLC, safety circuit and component levels Description of the interfaces and programming.
• Changing the S7 hardware configuration, supplementing it for new participants.
• Manual operation of tools/actuators.
• Programming exercise: Integration of component parts (e.g.: tools, robots).
• Step sequences and automatic processes.
• Interface between robots and drive technology.
• Special themes: Dry runs, type management, Ethernet connection.
• Fault diagnosis, starting unit.
• S7 diagnosis in the HW configuration, reporting system faults, Zenon Wizard.
• Structured troubleshooting based on a complex programming exercise.
• Functions, interrelationships and creation.
• Text lists and scripts.
• Creating images: Static and dynamic elements.
• Internal drivers: Internal driver, mathematics driver, system driver Working with data types/structures.
• Handling alarms, process diagnosis.
• Export/import with example structure/symbol.
• Adding a new control module and component area.
• XML export, Import.
• Elements of the control module image overview.
• Adding a new robot/tool/controller.
• Wizards for BMW body shop and their uses.

Target Group

• Partner who work in SSB (EAE), EAE with good programming knowledge of PLC and VISU.

GOOD TO KNOW

• It's highly recommended to have the following knowledge:
  • Experienced knowledge in programming of the standard L7 software and Zenon visualization (E89 or L7).
  • Completion of the complete L7 qualification modules and already practical application of this knowledge in production systems.
