Objectives

The participant:

• Understands complex connections of factory planning processes in its own responsibility.
• Knows all relevant factory planning systems and coordinated working methods at FaPla.

Content

• Development process of 3D factory planning at BMW and milestones.
• Used software at FaPla composite.
• Layout process: chronological order of layout phase at ltO or planning steps.
• Interaction at factory planning (with interface partner and their layout).
• (Memory) storage of relevant documents of process description (MPM, AA, SS agreement of the target process FaPla, technology-specified (memory) storage e.g. TKB: stages, TMO: Plaza, etc.).
• Coordinated working method (uniform data formats, central data storage, stock correctness, etc.).
• Standard blank layout (project list layout, etc.).
• Interaction with SE-partner (empty datas, B2B portal, formal kick off meetings SEP).

Target Group

• Partners who design the layout and partners who use the layout of all specialist divisons, without previous knowledge to factory planning or layout planning process at BMW.
