Objectives

The participant:

• Can enter a hazard evaluation with focus on accident hazards and special burdens into the SERA system.
• Learns about safe system operation and application of criterion 13 Accident Hazards and Special Burdens.
• Gets to know the documentation of a hazard evaluation in SERA according to §6 Occupational health and safety legislation.

Content

• Short system overview.
• Focus: Input of risk assessment and practical case studies.
• Theoretical principles (laws, legal responsibility, STOP principle, etc.).
• Identifying and evaluating hazards and defining appropriate measures.
• Working through practical examples.
• Transfer accident hazards and special loads to SERA (Feature 13).
• Support analyses and their linkage.

Target Group

• Partners from the areas of development, planning, production, health services and occupational safety who prepare risk assessments with the SERA system.
