• Requirements from IATF 16949 and GS98000.
• Important specialist terms and their meanings.
• Differences between important types of characteristics and their evaluation.
• The most important distribution forms.
• What do "GUM, MSA and VDA-5 mean?
• Calibration & test standards & reference parts/setting master.
• Requirements for proof of suitability for machines/processes/measurement equipment/measurement processes.
• The resolution of a measurement device and the associated requirements.
• "Measurement uncertainty"and "margin of error".
• The test schedule and its requirements from VDI/VDE/DGQ 2619.
• Determining the suitability characteristic values for testing equipment and test processes.
• The traditional processes 1,2,3 and their enhancements according to VDA-5.
• When are statistical tests and when are 100% tests required?
• Procedures for one-sided or missing tolerance specifications.
• Process capability for attributive characteristics (e.g. for assembly processes).
• Creating a random sample plan.
• The most important control cards for the PLC.
• What requirements does an evaluation software have to fulfill?
