Objectives

The participant:

• Is able to use the basic functions of the new IT tool for Test Equipment Management iPMa (internationales Prüfmittel Management).
• Knows how calibration instructions are created and a calibration is conducted.
• Can manage part-related Test Equipment and create tools.
• Knows how the role administering and the linked software hierarchy is used.

Content

• Understanding of the interfaces in the TEM-Process (action oriented).
• Complete process of calibration, possibly specific measures for specialists.
• TE-Set/ measuring chain/ part-related TE.
• Administration topics, e.g. roles, TE-areas (demand-oriented).
• Deductive placement of the learning content.
• Learning by doing.
• Understanding of the interfaces in the TEM-Process (action oriented).
• Complete process of calibration, possibly specific measures for specialists.
• TE-Set/ measuring chain/ part-related TE.
• Administration topics, e.g. roles, TE-areas (demand-oriented).
• Deductive placement of the learning content.
• Learning by doing.

Target Group

• TE Administration, System Admins / Process Admins for iPMa.

Prerequisites

To be eligible to enrol into this course, you must have completed the following courses:

• WBT - BMW Group Privacy Corporate Rules (BIS_01_92222).
• WBT - Test Equipment Management (TEM) (BIS_01_90384).
• Test Equipment Officer BMW (BIS_60_10486) (currently not available).
