Determination of the Transport Status of the High-Voltage Battery
(ITEM_11016)
4 hours
Multiple Dates
Multiple Locations
Multiple Languages
Objectives
The participant:
- Is able to determine the condition of an electrical high-voltage energy storage device, a module, and a cell on the basis of specified evaluation criteria.
- Can carry out the electrical assessment using the tools (EDIABAS) and perform the external visual assessment using a specified limit sample catalog.
- Is also instructed in the handling of critical and non-definable memories.
Content
- Structure and function of the electrical high-voltage storage system.
- Motivation for assessing the condition of the transport.
- Criteria for storage diagnosis I - internal damage.
- Criteria for storage diagnosis II - external damage.
- Hazards from the high-voltage battery.
- Interaction between guideline and limit sample catalog.
- The electronic transport condition assessment.
- Evaluation of the high-voltage storage system using a guideline and limit sample catalog.
- Treatment of critical and non-definable high-voltage batteries.
Target Group
- Partners who need to determine the status of electrical high-voltage energy storage devices, high-voltage energy storage modules or high-voltage energy storage cells in preparation for transport.
Good to Know
Recommendation:
- Blitz 2 or HV-1 qualification.
