Objectives

The participant:

  • Knows the structure and function of the electrical high-voltage storage system.
  • Gains motivation for assessing the condition of the transport.
  • Knows criteria for storage diagnosis I.
  • Internal damage as well as for storage diagnosis II.
  • External damage.
  • Is aware of hazards from the high-voltage battery.
  • Can interact between guideline and limit sample catalog.
  • Knows how to assess the electronic transport condition.
  • Evaluates the high-voltage storage system using a guideline and limit sample catalog.
  • Knows how to treat critical and non-definable high-voltage batteries.

Content

  • Determining the condition of an electrical high-voltage energy storage device, a module and a cell on the basis of specified evaluation criteria.
  • Electrical assessment using the tools (EDIABAS) and external visueal assessment using a specified limit sample catalogue.
  • The training participant is also instructed in the handling of critical and non-definable memories.

Target Group

  • All Flash 2 employees who need to determine the status of electrical high-voltage energy storage devices, high-voltage energy storage modules or high-voltage energy storage cells in preparation for transport.

Prerequisites

  • To be eligible to participate in this course, you must have completed the following course:
    • Blitz 2 Qualification.
