4 hours
Multiple Dates
Multiple Locations
Multiple Languages

Objectives

The participant:

  • Is able to determine the condition of an electrical high-voltage energy storage device, a module, and a cell on the basis of specified evaluation criteria.
  • Can carry out the electrical assessment using the tools (EDIABAS) and perform the external visual assessment using a specified limit sample catalog.
  • Is also instructed in the handling of critical and non-definable memories.

Content

  • Structure and function of the electrical high-voltage storage system.
  • Motivation for assessing the condition of the transport.
  • Criteria for storage diagnosis I - internal damage.
  • Criteria for storage diagnosis II - external damage.
  • Hazards from the high-voltage battery.
  • Interaction between guideline and limit sample catalog.
  • The electronic transport condition assessment.
  • Evaluation of the high-voltage storage system using a guideline and limit sample catalog.
  • Treatment of critical and non-definable high-voltage batteries.

Target Group

  • Partners who need to determine the status of electrical high-voltage energy storage devices, high-voltage energy storage modules or high-voltage energy storage cells in preparation for transport.

Good to Know

Recommendation:

  • Blitz 2 or HV-1 qualification.
