Content

Interactive walkthrough through the four phases of User Centered Design (Understand Users - Define User Needs - Design and Prototyping - Get User Feedback):

• User Experience basics, including integration in agile development in BMW Group IT.
• User Research: Analyze users and usage context, prepare knowledge in a meaningful way.
• Derivation and prioritization of usage requirements (User Stories, User Journeys).
• Techniques for visualizing requirements, designing interaction concepts and prototypes.
• Get feedback from users and derive recommendations for action.

It would be great for the other participants and trainers if you could activate your webcam (Instruction for activate your webcam) Google Chrome browser to use the online board Miro is used as an online board.
