Objectives

The Participant:

• Learn Methods of IT security and threat assessment are understood and can be applied.

Content

• Interactive walkthrough through the four phases of User Centered Design (Understand Users - Define User Needs - Design and Prototyping - Get User Feedback):
  • User Experience basics, including integration in agile development in BMW Group IT.
  • User Research: Analyze users and usage context, prepare knowledge in a meaningful way.
  • Derivation and prioritization of usage requirements (User Stories, User Journeys).
  • Techniques for visualizing requirements, designing interaction concepts and prototypes.
  • Get feedback from users and derive recommendations for action.

Target Group

• DevOps Feature Partner Mitglieder, Product Owner, Agile Master, Line Manager.

Good to Know

• This training is available in German and English. Please pay attention to the language specified in the course details when registering for a training date!

Technical prerequisites:

• Microsoft Teams.
• It would be great for the other participants and trainers if you could activate your webcam (instructions for webcam activation).
• Google Chrome browser to be able to use the online board.
• Miro is used as the online board. No registration or installation is necessary.
• Pen and paper for drawing.
• A mobile phone to take photos of drawings and send them by email.
