Objectives

The participant:

• Has a deep understanding of the stud process and its impact if ignored.
• Acquires knowledge of the system interrelationships VIP Studs, SAP, PRISMA.
• Knows the functions of the tool and can operate and use VIP Studs correctly, e.g.:
  • Recognises upcoming processing deadlines.
  • Can retrieve required data.
  • Learns to submit, evaluate, and publish stud applications.

Content

• Deepening of the bolt process and its impact in the event of non-compliance.
• Anchoring the tool in the system environment; basic functions incl. access rights and structure.
• Accessing required data (incl. export lists).
• Administration (create body configuration, manage construction phases, maintain process partners, publish studs).
• Create stud application in Catia and WEB application.
• Evaluate stud application.
• Publish studs.

Target Group

• All partners, and roles (applicant, requester and bolt administrator) for VIP Studs (Bolt Tool).
