Objectives

The participant:

• Learns about the structure of web content in different templates.
• Can insert texts/images.
• Knows the document library.
• Knows the Corporate Design HR Portal.
• Can crop images with GIMP.
• Learns about the integration of web content into pages.
• Can publish content to the various workplaces.
• Can integrate media.
• Can assign permissions.

Content

• Set up and modify pages in the HR portal and grant permissions for content.
• Integrate Media (e.g. images).

Target Group

• Content owners, authors and knowledge editors in the HR Portal System.

Prerequisites

• You need access to the editorial training page in the HR portal.
• To be eligible to participate in this course, you must have completed the following course:
  • WBT - Liferay 7 - Fundamentals and Working with this Content Management System (ITEM_12032).
