Objectives

The participant:

• Has the basic skills in iRAM, gAMS and EFA.
• Has the basic capability of release-driven change management.
• Is familiar with known problems of the process and can solve them according to standards.
• Is proficient in implementing a change with iRAM, gAMS, EFA processes, as well as release scheduling.
• Is familiar with known problems of the process and can solve them according to standards.

Content

• Basic skillset in the subsequent rollout.
• Creation of the change context incl. change description.
• Creation of the required KMNR(s).
• Deployment scenario and milestone maintenance.
• Set up SNR framework/TU quantity framework.
• Creating an electronic release request (FRANF) / AI/ZI concept.
• Procedure in the E-Ready / EMT-Ready process.

• Partners who want to empower their team - including consideration of your module specifics as part of the follow-up rollout.
• Partner, who comission such systems.

Good to know

Training booking and registration of participants:

• One date per week, always on Tuesdays 13:00 - 15:00.
• If the standard dates on the website are fully booked, course units can be requested - a date offer will be made within 8 days at the latest.
• The price shown is the price for a complete course.
• A period of at least 8 days is required for registration, if an additional registration is required, it will take three weeks.
• After successful booking, the participants of the Family Training can be registered via support@bmw-partner.academy. The support team will register all participants for the course before the start of the training.
• The booking of the Family Training is made by one person and the maximum number of participants for the training is 15 participants.
• The specification of the module during registration is necessary.
