Important

  • Please note that participation in the training is only possible with PPE safety shoes (at least "S2")!

Objectives

The participant:

  • Evaluate the transportability of HV storage/cell.
  • Assessment of HV safety/Technical approval HV.
  • Independent unrestricted work/measurement, fault diagnosis.
  • Assessment of HV safety/Technical approval HV.
  • Risk assessment/Create work instructions.
  • Create or evaluate HV reports, test components, piece test.
  • Short circuit measurement.

Content

  • Basics of dealing with hazardous voltages Advanced electrotechnical principles (inverters, rectifiers, converters, protective measures) .
  • Practical application of the basics in the vehicle and on the component.
  • Independent work on HV components/vehicles.
  • Theory & practice on LabCar and e-vehicles.
  • Responsibilities in the HV environment.
  • BMW/specific requirements.

Target Group

  • Employees who work independently at high-voltage, or are responsible for this work. (e.g. workshop manager, functional vehicle manager).
  • Employees with previous electrical engineering knowledge, personal basics, electrical engineering basics (current, voltage and resistance).
