Objectives

The participant:

  • Get knowledge of possible risks, measures, and regulations when working under stress:
    • Knowledge of rules and regulations for AUS.
    • Organization of AUs (commissioning; identification of work areas; risk assessment).
    • Protective measures such as PPE.
    • Types, design, and specific properties of HV storage.

Content

  • Basics & principles of working under tension.
  • Working under tension based on case studies.
  • Carrying out work under tension.
  • Commissioning AUS.

Target Group

  • Partners who carry out work on the vehicle in an undefined state and without ensuring that the vehicle is free from power.
  • Partners who commission work under tension.
  • Any VEfK.

Good to know

  • IMPORTANT: Please note that participation in the training is only possible with PPE safety shoes (at least "S2")!
  • Please bring work clothes and safety shoes. If possible, please also bring your Personal protective gear (PPG) for AUS work.
  • Practical experience of at least 1 year in automotive electrical engineering.
  • Health examination — a minimum of B050 is required.
  • Operational first responder examination - to be repeated every 2 years.
  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • By registering for the course, the participant confirms that all listed requirements have been met. Please present these documents (requirements) to the trainer before the course starts. If you do not meet the requirement, you will not be able to attend the course for legal reasons.
  • Please note that the HV stickers will be handed out at the end of the training by the trainer to all participants who have passed the examination.

Please note: You must activate your BMW ID before the start of the training course!

The course takes place in an area with special access restrictions. To participate, it is essential that access rights are activated in advance based on the BMW ID number. It is not possible to enter the training area without prior activation!
