• Understands the NCWM and the associated roles and events.
• Can assess the implications for your own work with BMW and apply the content in practice.

• The VUCA world.
• The NCWM: structure and roles.
• The implications of the NCWM for the collaboration with BMW will be discussed.
• Outlook on scaling methods.

• External development service providers who are not yet familiar with the changes brought about by the New Collaboration Working Model (NCWM).
