Objectives

The participant:

• Is familiar with the “PQM Next” software tool and its basic functions.
• Can work with “PQM Next” and create and process notifications themselves.
• Can work with “PQM Next” and create and edit problems themselves.
• Can work with “PQM Next” and create, set up and use the work list independently
• Is familiar with the software tool “PMP Reporting Next” with its available reports and know where to get further information.

Content

• Create a PQM NEXT message.
• Submit and accept PQM NEXT message.
• Perform PQM NEXT message line reconciliation internal/external.
• Create a PQM NEXT issue.
• Adjuster PQM NEXT problem in processing.
• Edit PQM NEXT issue and set LV.
• Create PQM NEXT problem causes.
• Create and implement PQM NEXT problem measures including PPOE with IRAM and manual scheduling.
• Schedule PQM NEXT measures with the implantation tile.
• Perform PQM NEXT secondary proof of effectiveness.
• PQM NEXT learning status 100 to 120.
• Edit PQM NEXT learning module before status 100 through LV, SV, LEV.
• Attach a PQM NEXT message to an existing PQM NEXT problem, decouple the PQM NEXT message from the PQM NEXT problem.
• Cancel PQM NEXT problem or message.
• Set up a PQM NEXT worklist, set search filters and work with it.
• Call PMP Reporting NEXT, search for reports, and run reports.

Prerequisites

• A BMW computer with the option to use the VPN (Yubi-Key, etc.). 2 screens to follow the training and, for example, to be able to work in the tool at the same time.
• MS TEAMS installed on the BMW computer.
• Approval for PQM NEXT and PMP Reporting NEXT.
