Objectives

The participant:

• Is familiar with the Marketing & Sales Funnel Management Dashboard.
• Knows all the functions and is familiar with relevant scenarios so that they can operate the dashboard and use it optimally in their work.

Content

• Module 1: Understanding the "Sales Funnel" and detailed knowledge of the basic features/functions of a "Dashboard".
• Module 2: Understanding the sales funnel performance & deep dives.
• Module 3: Understanding different "scenarios".

Target Group

• All partners in contact with this IT System.
