Objectives

The participant:

• Gets an introduction to the new approach that has been considered for Next Gen Template Management.
• Gets the basics of template management, i.e. the reason and benefits associated with it.
• Knows the effects on the various sales models.
• On the one hand, learns the effects for MINI retailers as part of the wholesale model, and on the other hand, the effects for MINI agents as part of the direct sales model.
