Objectives

The participant:

  • Will learn about the basics of corporate sales or business-to-business (B2B) in the context of the Future Sales Model.
  • Gets to know which technical terms exist, which customer types he may encounter and how responsibilities are regulated within the BMW Group.
  • Will get an insight into the daily work of fleet customer business as well as an outlook on topics such as tenders and mobility concepts.

    • Corporate Sales Advanced.
