The participant:

• Understands what the Voice of the Markets application is about and knows its purpose.
• Can vote on surveys.
• Learn how to create and answer surveys step by step.

Content

• The content is structured in the following three modules:
  • Module 1 – VOMS Basics:
    • Definition and purpose.
    • Major benefits.
  • Module 2.1 – Create surveys:
    • How to view and/or cancel a survey.
    • How to create a target share survey.
  • Module 2.2 – Answer surveys:
    • How to answer a target share survey.

Target Group

• All partners in contact with TNR.

This training is not included in the WBT Flatrate!
