- Introduction to SAP Signavio Process Manager and SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub:
- Understanding the functions and capabilities of the platforms.
- Practical application in the context of BMW specifications.
- Fundamentals of BPMN 2.0 modeling:
- Learning BPMN 2.0 standards.
- Practical modeling of business processes according to BMW requirements.
- Application in the PROCESS WORLD:
- Modeling according to BMW modeling conventions.
- Utilization of the approval workflow.
- Creating variants within the Signavio Variant Management framework.

- For the training, please bring your own laptop.
- In preparation for the training, participants should go through and complete the E-Learning courses provided by SAP Signavio.
