Objectives

The participant:

• Deepens their existing basic knowledge in the “PQM NEXT” software tool.
• Can work with “PQM Next” and create and process notifications independently.
• Can work with “PQM Next” and create and process problems independently.
• Can work with “PQM Next” and independently work on problems until the problem is completed.
• Can work with “PQM Next” and independently design, set up and use the worklist.
• Can work with “PQM Next” and independently set up the search and expert search and save search queries.
• Is familiar with the “QKP Reporting” software tool with its available reports and know where to get further information.

Content

• Create a PQM NEXT message.
• Transfer and accept a PQM NEXT message.
• Perform PQM NEXT reporting line reconciliation internal/external.
• Create a PQM NEXT issue.
• Insert PQM NEXT problem into processing.
• Edit PQM NEXT problem and set LV.
• Create PQM NEXT problem causes.
• Create and implement PQM NEXT problem measures including PPÖ with IRAM and manual scheduling
• Schedule PQM NEXT measures with the implantation tile.
• Perform PQM NEXT Secondary Evidence of Efficacy.
• PQM NEXT learning status 100 to 120.
• PQM NEXT learning module before status 100 by LV, SV and in status 100 by LeV.
• PQM NEXT message to existing.
• Attach PQM NEXT problem, uncouple PQM NEXT message from PQM NEXT problem.
• Set up PQM NEXT worklist, configure filters and columns.
• Cancel PQM NEXT problem or message.
• Use PQM NEXT search and expert search, create and save search queries.
• Call up QKP Reporting, search for reports and create reports yourself.

• All PQM NEXT users.

Prerequisites

• Participation in the PMP NEXT basic competence course or in-depth knowledge of PMP.
• A BMW computer with the option to use the VPN (Yubi-Key, etc.).
• 2 screens to follow the training and, for example, to be able to work in the tool at the same time.
• MS TEAMS installed on the BMW computer.
• The participant must independently apply for admission to PQM NEXT and QKP Reporting before the training.
