Objectives

The participant:

• Will learn basic knowledge about using the Fiori apps from SAP EAM4RE for the role of FM maintenance technician.
• Will be able to use SAP Fiori and will be familiar with the maintenance process from creating the maintenance notification to executing the maintenance order from the maintenance plan.

• A1 Introduction to SAP Fiori:
  • Overview of SAP.
  • First steps in Fiori.
  • Setting up SAP.
  • Useful tips & tricks.
• A2 Technical objects:
  • Overview and BMW standards.
  • SAP EAM terms and data objects.
  • FIDS code / AKS code.
  • Assigning classifications and characteristics of master data.
• A3 Reactive maintenance:
  • Overview and introduction to reactive maintenance.
  • Maintenance procedures (requests, notifications, orders, operations).
• With a focus on:
  • F1511A - Create a maintenance request.
  • F4513 - My maintenance requests.
  • F2175 - Search for maintenance orders.
  • F5104A - Perform maintenance tasks.
  • F4633 - Search for maintenance notification.
  • F2173 - Search for maintenance orders and operations.

Target Group

• Employees who work in the role FM Technical Object Management (TOM) with SAP EAM4RE FIORI.

• NOTE: This is not a backend training for the SAP GUI.

Prerequisites

Booking prerequisite:

To be eligible to participate in this course, you must have completed the following courses:

• WBT - Introduction to SAP EAM4RE (ITEM_61043).
• SAP EAM4RE FIORI — Control Center (ITEM_79021).

Professional prerequisites:

• Operational use of SAP EAM4RE.
