Objectives

The participant:

• Has the basic skills in iRAM, gAMS, EFA.
• Has the basic capability of release-driven change management.
• Is familiar with known problems of the process and can solve them according to standards.
• Is proficient in implementing a change with iRAM, gAMS, EFA processes, as well as release scheduling.
• Is familiar with known problems of the process and can solve them according to standards.

Content

As part of this coaching, the following points can be addressed using existing examples from the current working environment:

• Creation of the change context incl. change description.
• Creation of the required KMNR(s).
• Creation of the required gAMS.
• Deployment scenario and milestone maintenance.
• Set up SNR framework/TU quantity framework.
• Creating an electronic release request (FRANF) / AI/ZI concept / MMG concept.
• Procedure in the E-Ready / EMT-Ready process.
