• Experiences cross-functional, interdepartmental workshops with experienced moderators.
• Has the opportunity to work with its partners on opportunities and challenges.

Content

• Development of a customised concept based on your needs (e.g. collaboration guidelines, collaboration models, team efficiency, ItO phases).

Target Group

• Suppliers, BMW Group employees from the E/M/T/A/F departments.

Good to know

Centrally budgeted workshops: As a rule, there are no costs for you or the BMW department.

Booking procedure:

• As soon as the workshop topic is known, please contact us at emt-akademie@bmw.de
• Together, we will agree on the line-up, the concept, and the agenda for your workshop.
• The date will then be sent to all desired participants.
• On the day of the workshop, we will take over the moderation and implementation.
• After the workshop, you will receive a photo documentation of the results (in the case of a virtual workshop, these will be made available in DEON).
• If required, the topics discussed can be explored in greater depth with support.
